FAQ
Answers to common
questions you have.
Scope, ownership, support, pricing, timeline — everything clients ask before we begin.
General
Business websites, landing pages, mobile apps, SaaS MVPs, dashboards, client portals, and custom web applications. We can also help with product scoping if you're not sure what to build first.
Yes. We handle planning, UI direction, front-end and back-end development, launch support, and ongoing iteration — the full delivery stack, not just one layer of it.
Yes. We can help shape the product, prioritize phase one, and recommend the most realistic first build. A discovery conversation is a good starting point — no detailed brief needed.
We work across industries — professional services, SaaS, e-commerce, real estate, healthtech, fintech, and more. Our process adapts to the business problem, not the industry label.
Process
It depends on scope. A simple website can be delivered in 4–6 weeks. A SaaS MVP or custom web app typically needs 12–20 weeks, depending on features and complexity.
After you reach out, we'll ask a few clarifying questions, schedule a 30-minute discovery call, and follow up with a scoped proposal and timeline estimate within a few business days.
Yes. We run regular check-ins and share progress demos so you can review and give feedback at each stage. Nothing launches as a surprise — you're involved at every major decision point.
Typically within one to two weeks of agreement and deposit. We keep capacity available so we're not quoting six-month lead times.
Pricing
Every project is scoped individually. We don't apply flat rates — we scope what's actually needed and price accordingly. Typical structures include fixed-scope builds, MVP delivery phases, and monthly retainers for ongoing work.
Often yes, if the scope is phased correctly. The discovery process helps prioritize features so the first release achieves the most important business outcome without exceeding your budget.
Typically a deposit to begin, milestone payments during the build, and a final payment on delivery. The exact split is agreed as part of the project proposal.
Ownership
Yes. The product is built for your business — you own the codebase, the design assets, and the infrastructure. Ownership and handoff terms are documented clearly as part of the engagement.
We provide a documented codebase, deployment setup, and a handoff call covering what was built, how to manage it, and what the next iteration might look like. We don't leave you with an undocumented black box.
Yes. We build with clean, documented code specifically so another team can continue the product if needed. We won't lock you in to working with us indefinitely.
Support
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window (30–60 days depending on engagement model). After that, we offer ongoing retainer arrangements for continued maintenance, features, and iteration.
Yes, and most clients do. We can continue with feature work, product iteration, performance improvements, and long-term product growth on a retainer basis.
